At TravelPackDE, we take pride in offering high-quality travel gear that meets your expectations. However, if you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re happy to offer returns or exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order.
Our Return & Exchange Policy
We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it
- The item must be in its original packaging with all tags attached
- You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Tech Pouches that show signs of use
- Packwürfel & Packtaschen (packing cubes and packing bags) that have been opened
- Any items that are personalized or custom-made
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to return or exchange an item:
Step 1: Contact Our Customer Service

Step 2: Wait for Approval
Our team will review your request within 1-2 business days and send you a return authorization email with instructions.
Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return
Once approved:
- Securely package the item in its original packaging
- Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip
- Affix the return shipping label we provide (for exchanges or defective items)

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
- The refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Exchange Process
For exchanges:
- We’ll ship your replacement item once we receive your return
- If the new item costs more, you’ll need to pay the difference
- If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference
- Standard shipping rates apply for exchanges unless the original item was defective
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage
- We’ll arrange for a free return shipping label
- Upon receipt, we’ll send a replacement at no additional cost
Important Notes
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns
- TravelPackDE is not responsible for return shipments that are lost or damaged in transit
- International returns may be subject to customs fees, which are the customer’s responsibility
- Processing times may be longer during peak holiday seasons
